This incident resulted in the temporary shutdown of the CTA tunnel and the T3 car park.

Two more people are now in custody related to a theft at London's Heathrow Airport in which 21 people were injured by a substance believed to be pepper spray, as stated by police.

A 24-year-old man, was arrested in Lambeth on suspicion of theft and assault and a woman, 23 was detained on suspicion of conspiring to commit a robbery. Both individuals remain in custody, the force said.

These detentions come after an investigation into an attack at the multi-storey car park at Heathrow's Terminal 3 on Sunday. Prior to the attack, two women were robbed of their suitcases upon exiting a car park lift.

A three-year-old girl was one of the those hurt in the event. Five people went to hospital for medical care and were later discharged.

Police detained a 31-year-old man for suspected robbery and assault close to the location. He has since been released pending further inquiries while inquiries continue.

Authorities were alerted at about 08:10 GMT after reports came in regarding a number of people hurt by an irritating chemical believed to be pepper spray.

The assault - which authorities stated was a standalone incident and not being treated as an act of terror - caused train delays and the temporary shutdown of the main airport tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park for a short time.
